ImageI always seem to be at a loss for words when I first sit down for this exercise. Not that it's particularly hard, it's just that it always seems to get done at the end of my day and lately my days have been a little hectic. I want to share something with you about my wife Ladyfingers. As you know from FP3 she has the flu

and has basically become one with the couch and bed when she's not chasing our two year old. Today while I was on the air I left the studio for a cup of java and I came upon two beautiful young girls in the reception area. As I was staring intently at one of them, a guy says to me "why do I know you?" I looked at him and realized it was my bud from Hollywood records; it’s me Fingers I said. With that the girls reach out and shake my hand and say hi. I said to the one why are you so familiar? And bang it hits me she is on the Disney channel all day. I am introduced to Aly and AJ. Aly is the star of the show Phil of the Future and AJ is her sister. Ask your kids they know. Well my Daughter Melodie just got their new album for her 9th birthday earlier this month and I figured an autograph would be great. So I got one for her and then called the house and told my Ladyfingers. She asks how long will they be there. "They are playing a little acoustic thing for BLI in about a half hour" I said so she got dressed and put the kids in the car and came to the station and sat in the car with the FLU! While our daughter came in and met and watched them play their set.

And she got an autograph for her friend. My wife is hard core Mommy. Just thought I would share that with you so next week when she is still sick you know why lol. Anyway why are we here MOTORCYCLES right I am having a meeting next week with all of the columnists so I hope to start the features I spoke of in yesterdays FP by mid February. In case you have not noticed I have rearranged the Road Map menu. You can access all older content there. Also for those who don't know the Rest Area houses video and photo galleries as well as forums. Membership is required and as always is FREE. Membership also allows you to submit links and enter events to calendar for FREE. I am always happy to see people use the site to its fullest capacity. I am hitting the hay. The door is always open.
