The Hyatt Regency Tamaya resort in Santa Ana Pueblo is really an unbelievable. The way it is laid out is really amazing. Staying true to the landscape and yet bringing in a beautiful, classy and huge hotel into the desert without being an eye sore. As a matter of fact you can't even see it from the road. But there it was a gigantic low lying beautiful hotel, surrounded by motorcycles and the Batmobile!

New Mexico from what I could tell from yesterdays trek didn’t have much to offer but today would change my perspective. New Mexico is really beautiful. A stark contrast from what I had been seeing so far. Rather than desert terrain and rock formations we were carving up the state via 68, 64 and 87. Roads filled with mountainous landscape with lush

greenery grown from rich dark soil, fields of flowers and blue lakes adorned with farms and wildlife. I remember as I was enjoying this scoot how grateful I felt to be me. Here I am in the greatest country in the world with some friends just taking in the sites as we were enjoying our sport knowing there was a time I would have never been able to achieve this dream let alone have a great career and family waiting back home for my arrival. Yes I am truly blessed.

Of humorous note is that we were in the mountains and had to stop for about 15 minutes for road construction. No matter where you go they are working on the roads. We continued on 87 into Texas then onto 152 and down 207. We had racked up 434 miles when we finally called it a day in Borger Texas. We had Sonic for dinner because it was right out side the hotel. We all vowed to never do that again. Lol There are more pictures in the gallery.
