One of the hardest things I’ve found in cooking is food pairings. Meaning what flavors go with what or what flavors clash. There is boundaries of course but don’t let that stop you, just ask a pregnant woman or...
someone with the munchies. For example; chicken goes with everything, but do you eat it with eggs? Or is that just wrong? Well I found help in a book called “Culinary Artistry” which is a great guide for food pairings. This book goes over every major food and lists what flavors to mix and I’m talking about from the obvious to the obscure. I hope it helps. Mojo Marinade 3/4 cup orange juice 3/4 cup lime juice 6 Garlic cloves Small bunch of chopped cilantro ¾ cup olive oil 2 tsp cumin 2 tsp oregano Salt and pepper to taste This South American classic works well with chicken and the pork, grill after marinated. Eat!!!
