So again its summer and the grill doesn’t ever cool down, Sweet! I don’t know about you but I love pizza, especially on the grill. It doesn’t get any better and besides you can throw anything you want on it. You can buy dough from any pizzeria and there’s one of those on every corner...
Grilled Pizza: 1 piece pizza dough 2 tomatoes 2 cups shredded mozzarella Basil and Oregano Parmesan cheese to taste Salt and Pepper to taste 1 cup of olive oil 3 cloves of minced garlic Any topping you wish First sauté garlic in oil but not browned. Then stretch your dough till about 12’’ in diameter. (Don’t worry it doesn’t need to be a perfect circle) Then coat each side of the dough with the oil and slap on the grill. Grill on one side for about 2 minutes then flip over and add tomato then cheese and seasonings and what ever else you want. Grill until crisp. Eat!!!
