goes over well at any bbq. It’s an easy chicken dish (Everybody loves the chicken) that involves little prep. Chicken is pretty straight forward in the grilling, unless you kill it on the grill. So grab your guitar, a beer and serenade and marinade. Grilled Chicken Breast with Fresh Mozzarella Boneless skinless chicken breast Fresh mozz sliced thin Tomatoes sliced thin Red onion sliced thin For the Marinade: Minced Garlic Minced Shallot Oregano Basil Olive oil Salt and Pepper Throw the chicken in a bowl with the marinade and let sit for at least an hour. Slap the chicken on the grill and cook. Then salt and pepper cheese and stack remaining ingredients. Eat!!!
