I grew up in CT. My first memory of a motorcycle
was my Dads FLHE (65 pan), I remember it like it was
yesterday. I was 3 years old and the effect that Harley
had on my life has in a big way brought me to where I am
today. At 17 I joined the USMC after graduation and spent
the next 7 years traveling around the world.
I bought a 1979 FLH in N.C. and rode whenever I was
state side. After the Marines, I went back to the civilian
world and fell back on my knowledge of automobiles. Working
for Car & Truck dealers, and taking advantage of the older
Techs to learn as much as possible.
I have attended Honda Automotive Tech Training
as well as emissions & advanced tuning classes. In 1996
I attended MMI in Orlando Fl. and began building my rigid.
It took 6 months to get the parts together, but not bad
for a ground up build. I moved to L.I. in 1998 and worked at
Bikers Dream in Centereach.
2000 was a big year, I started at L.I. 's newest HD
dealer and got married. While at Lighthouse I've attained my
Harley Davidson Certification as Master of Harley Davidson
Technology. In 2003, after returning from Milwaukee I picked
up a 2003 Road King which is my current ride. 2004 brought
a new baby girl named Elizabeth and with that allot of new
stuff to do around the house.
