This is Joe Rock, singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. As a radio personality, he can be found at 102.3 WBAB-FM. This Rock N Roll Historian and music columnist is an avid biker and traveler as well. His musical taste is eclectic but when it comes to bikes only a few will do (Harley, Indian, Triumph and Vincent).
Education in musical history eventually led him to travel throughout the country to see where it all came from. He has been to 46 of the 50 United States, covering many of them on his Limited Edition Dyna Wide Glide. He intends to hit them all before he dies.
Having played in bands since 16 years old, he shows no signs of stopping any time soon. Over the years he has had the opportunity to meet and interview members of the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame as well as The Songwriter and The Blues Halls of Fame. He feels that now is the right time to take his musical observations from the written page and bring them to the web page. |
